I'm in tears, my scalp is a disaster! I'll have to invest in a wig after this. I asked for a simple cut and blow-dry, just a few inches off, but ended up with a choppy mess. I now resemble a man in bad drag with a terrible wig. This experience has caused rifts with my husband and son. I look like my late mother, and it's so distressing. I can't step out looking like this, I'm a laughing stock. My usually quiet and gentle son even wanted to take legal action against the stylist.
