With 22 years in retail and numerous customer-facing roles, I understand the challenges, but the individual serving me did not even muster a smile; she seemed utterly disinterested in being there. There was no courtesy, no gratitude, no social interaction at all. I recommend a complete retraining of your entire team or hiring staff who do not make customers feel unwelcome in your store.About
