This nail salon is absolutely fantastic, Julie, John, and all the team members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've been a loyal customer for many years and every visit has been consistently positive. The quality of work is exceptional, delivered in a professional yet warm manner. They are always accommodating, even if I change my mind about the nail colour. I've never experienced any delays for my appointments, and they've even fit me in without one when needed. I scheduled an appointment in the morning for the afternoon, arrived 10 minutes early, only to be greeted very impolitely. A young woman came down and informed me that they were busy. I mentioned my appointment, to which she replied that they were occupied and instructed me to call the boss. I dialed the number, and the person confirmed that I had a booking but speculated that they might have taken a walk-in customer, advising me to return later.
