My son & I had our hair styled here today. Incredibly skilled & friendly as always. Both thrilled with the results as it was a special birthday treat for my son. Managed to squeeze us in at the start of a very hectic day for the salon - nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff with mood swings, multiple, at times triple, bookings for the same slot leading to either prolonged waiting or forced departure. Initially waited assuming a genuine error (which it wasn't!) and then endured a begrudging manicure as they push for pricier procedures.
Returned for the same treatment. Should have left immediately as my nails are now weakened due to filing as if for gels instead of a regular manicure. Complete disregard for clients in what should be an enjoyable experience.
