My son & I had our hair styled here today. Incredibly skilled & friendly as always. Both thrilled with the results as it was a special birthday treat for my son. Managed to squeeze us in at the start of a very hectic day for the salon - nothing is too much trouble for them. To get to Amazing Space - Day Spa in Kent at 99 High St, The Precinct, Rochester ME1 1LX, United Kingdom by public transport, take bus number 140 from Rochester Bus Station and alight at Rochester High Street, then walk for about 5 minutes to reach the spa. If driving, head towards High Street and turn onto The Precinct, then continue straight until you reach the spa on your left after passing a few crossroads.

I had a truly dreadful time at the nail salon. I shelled out £40 for what was supposed to be Builder gel, but within a day, all the nails had chipped. When I went back to have them fixed, I had to wait over 40 minutes for Lily, who was incredibly rude!! Even after the redo, there were still marks on my nails, indicating she doesn't know what she's doing. Yesterday I had the most delightful massage with Tom. I cycle frequently and due to age I’m experiencing aches and pains. Tom was incredibly caring, he helped me unwind and worked on my muscles, easing out the tension. Two hours later I went cycling- 5k - felt fantastic and rode my best time in 8 years. A miracle! If you are reading this review prior to booking, exercise caution if considering making an appointment, as the less than stellar reviews are not unfounded.
Staff with mood swings, multiple, at times triple, bookings for the same slot leading to either prolonged waiting or forced departure. Initially waited assuming a genuine error (which it wasn't!) and then endured a begrudging manicure as they push for pricier procedures.
Returned for the same treatment. Should have left immediately as my nails are now weakened due to filing as if for gels instead of a regular manicure. Complete disregard for clients in what should be an enjoyable experience.
