I’ve been visiting Max for a few months now. She is incredibly friendly, a skilled lash technician, and always delivers flawless results. My lashes have great longevity (I top up every 2 weeks) and can easily go 3 weeks between infills. Her studio is clean and organized, and she is very accommodating to my busy schedule. I couldn’t recommend her more ☺️

Amazing service and cut! Never felt more confident! Jamie cut my hair and he was wonderful and always checking in with me to see if I’m happy with the length as I’ve never cut my hair this short and had very long hair. The pricing is great and worth the service and effort put in. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating and even put my coat on me at the end! Which was very endearing and sweet- felt like a princess especially with the fresh trim. I've been to this salon a few times as I couldn't make it to Central for my nails. My last visit was on 11th Feb! I was really disappointed. Called on Wed to check for Fri mani/pedi appointments. Only a pedi slot at 4 pm was open, so I booked it. Got a pedicure seat/tank that didn't work. Asked to switch but it was given to a regular 30 min later! Water leaked, jets couldn't be on due to excessive bubbles, and the noise was annoying. Asked them to fix it, but the response was indifferent. The staff and other customers made me feel like a bother, though I was paying for a subpar service. Asked about a manicure, which they said was fully booked when I called. Took the lady 20 mins to find an available slot. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with regulars than serving me. During the pedicure, the focus was on the foot arch, not where the dead skin actually was. Kept telling her it hurt, but she brushed it off. Overall, the service was awful, and the nail painting was poorly done. Noticed a difference in treatment between white and non-white customers, with subtle racist remarks. Won't be returning. The card machine hasn't been working for 6 months, forcing them to note down card details - very unprofessional. I received a brow lamination and I came for a patch test 24 hours before and the ladies were lovely and welcoming! When I came back a day later for my treatment I was greeted really nicely and taken to the room where I was made to feel very comfortable. The lady who did my brow lamination was super sweet and we were talking about anything&everything the whole time! The salon itself is beautiful - soo much pink and glitter 😍😍, and very clean everywhere! My whole experience was definitely a 10/10 and I’ll be coming back& recommending!!About
