Absolutely fantastic barbers! I had a complete head of highlights and toner done by Kaitlyn this morning, the results are stunning and the ambiance was delightful. She executed exactly what I requested - I've had highlights done at several different salons and I've never been so pleased with the outcome. My barber was fantastic, we chatted and he was so friendly while styling my hair. The only downside was that I had to ring from my mobile a few times before someone answered. Not sure if they were busy or if it was intentional. Overall, a pleasant salon.

Delighted with the gel extensions, design exactly as I requested in a very welcoming salon. I always depart feeling completely relaxed, which is quite an achievement for someone with anxiety and a tendency to overthink. I eagerly anticipate my reflexology sessions at Come To Restore and appreciate how Charlie tailors the treatment based on my IVF journey. I have visited Darlisa Thai Massage twice now, once for a Thai massage and most recently for a facial massage. Despite being advised by the staff to wait for half an hour after eating, Darlisa insisted I return immediately for the massage. I ended up waiting for an hour before the session. Unfortunately, Darlisa did not seem receptive to feedback and continued the massage even when I expressed discomfort. I experienced chest pain afterward. Despite explicitly inquiring about blackhead and whitehead removal, this service was not provided during my last visit, with excuses given about potential pimples. I believe transparency about offered services is crucial for customer satisfaction. Although I received a £5 discount, I am disappointed and unlikely to return for further services at Darlisa Thai Massage. The facial massage involved steam, which was not clearly communicated, and an unexpected body massage during the session left me feeling oily post-shower with a headache. Overall, the customer service was lacking, and my experience was marred by a headache, tarnishing what could have been a pleasant evening.
