Requested white acrylic extensions but received gel white tips instead. No inquiry on shape or length preference, and disliked the chosen style. Workstations weren't sanitized between clients. I opted for this salon due to its stellar reputation. After my first visit, I left with a completely new hairstyle that did not meet my expectations. Disappointed, I had to return the next day for corrections. On my subsequent visit, I decided to go significantly shorter. However, upon closer inspection at home, I was horrified by the result. I had to seek assistance from another salon to rectify the situation. The stylist there explained that the blending was not done properly, necessitating a much shorter cut for correction.
