She left feeling relaxed and happy, and we are thrilled with both the service and her amazing new hairstyle.

I had my inaugural hair appointment with Emily last Saturday. She made me feel comfortable right from the start. Exceptionally knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and pleasant in communication.
I aimed to eliminate the brassiness and return to my natural dark blonde hue with highlights. She executed a remarkable transformation on my hair. I now sport a mushroom blonde shade, which appears delightful in various lighting. A truly beautiful and luxurious colour. I've received numerous compliments, and I adore my new hue.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service received. Endured over an hour of waiting, which I wouldn't mind if the service was exceptional. Requested white acrylic extensions but received gel white tips instead. No inquiry on shape or length preference, and disliked the chosen style. Workstations weren't sanitized between clients.
