Since the change in ownership, the shop has become much more inviting. The owner is continuously upgrading the beds and enhancing the overall comfort of the space. The staff are exceptionally friendly and approachable, always willing to help. With an increase in the number of tanning beds, there's less waiting time during busy periods, and the fans on the beds provide a cool tanning experience. Requested white acrylic extensions but received gel white tips instead. No inquiry on shape or length preference, and disliked the chosen style. Workstations weren't sanitized between clients. I opted for this salon due to its stellar reputation. After my first visit, I left with a completely new hairstyle that did not meet my expectations. Disappointed, I had to return the next day for corrections. On my subsequent visit, I decided to go significantly shorter. However, upon closer inspection at home, I was horrified by the result. I had to seek assistance from another salon to rectify the situation. The stylist there explained that the blending was not done properly, necessitating a much shorter cut for correction.
