3rd visit on the half-day spa package. Gaia facial was heavenly. Emma was a fantastic therapist. The pools were as delightful as always. Very serene atmosphere. The lunch selection has significantly improved, the addition of the poke bowl was a brilliant choice and incredibly tasty.

Had a truly disappointing experience last night at this chemist. Despite having an urgent prescription, the pharmacist refused to help, claiming their system was down. Even with my doctor on the line to provide necessary information, she still turned me away and suggested I visit another pharmacy. Had an Indian Head Massage treatment on the 16th of October after it lingered on my ‘want to try’ list for too long. Sandra went above and beyond my expectations and I am absolutely certain that her Indian head massage is unparalleled. It encompassed shoulders, neck, face, upper back, with beautiful hot fragrant oils. I felt completely at ease and utterly relaxed. Every detail is exceptional, setting the perfect ambiance - even the bed was heated!! Having visited other therapists who cut corners to put in less effort, I truly valued that Sandra dedicated all her energy to every minute of my session. Will definitely return.
