I've never visited this land before, and felt a tad anxious about a completely new hairstyle. It was kindly crafted by Ellie, under the watchful eyes of trainees. I must say, the entire experience was truly splendid! The cut looks fabulous, all the ladies were incredibly welcoming, and the head massage Ellie gave me during my hair wash was truly delightful!
I was greeted with a beverage upon arrival, offered biscuits and magazines, and taken care of exceptionally well. I will certainly be returning for my next trim. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon. Received a wonderful gel manicure at this establishment. Everything felt extremely hygienic, and they have excellent safety measures in place for both customers and staff. The array of nail colours to choose from is impressive! My gel manicure has lasted a good two weeks (although I suspect the warm weather hasn't helped with their durability). I had scheduled a facial treatment, only to find out on the day of the appointment that the sole proprietor and therapist had cancelled due to an emergency hospital visit. While she proposed rescheduling, there was no mention of an alternative therapist, leading to a significant breakdown in communication.
