Had a massage from Sophie after the Loch Ness Half marathon, really helped with my recovery. I can’t recommend highly enough, she is professional & knowledgeable. Has a real understanding of the muscular skeletal system , along with endocrine & lymphatic systems. On top of all that she is a really friendly & empathetic person. I visited this place yesterday requesting natural coffin-shaped nails. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the requested shape, and most nails are uneven. Some don't fit my nail properly, appearing too small or overly filed. They are also quite painful, and the acrylic is excessively thick.
