I've just had my nails appointment with Alex. She. Is. Incredible. I messed up the timing for my appointment and arrived late, but she was so understanding and kind about it. Despite the time constraint, she managed to fix my previously poorly done nails (done by a different company), complete my builder gel, shaping, and colour, all in the short time we had. She did all of this while engaging in conversation and keeping me entertained. The results are stunning, and I can't express enough gratitude for the fantastic job she has done.
Had a wonderful session with Alex today, left feeling both physically and emotionally aligned. Alex was so kind and welcoming.
