I am disappointed with the service I received at this salon. Despite clearly expressing my preferences and showing a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, my hair turned out completely different. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. The prices are high, and the manager was rude when I tried to address the issue. I was left feeling unsatisfied and had to go elsewhere to fix my hair. Cheryl did an outstanding job with my hair, I went for a significant chop and she nailed it. It's something I've been wanting to do for a while, and I absolutely adore the result!
