On the day of my appointment the salon was quiet so I had three people looking after me. All very chatty, friendly and welcoming. Very pleased with the results. I am disappointed with the service I received at this salon. Despite clearly expressing my preferences and showing a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, my hair turned out completely different. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. The prices are high, and the manager was rude when I tried to address the issue. I was left feeling unsatisfied and had to go elsewhere to fix my hair. I was searching for a new masseuse so purchased a group on with Alex as I like to test it out first to avoid disappointment. Needless to say at the end I booked my next one - full price straight away. I don't know how such a slight person can possess so much strength but the pressure on those knots nearly left me in tears. Good tears. I always request a lot of pressure but seldom receive it, whereas with Alex I felt the relief that followed the effort and pain she put into them. I anticipate regular sessions with her that will hopefully alleviate all the pains and aches. My massage wasn't intended to be relaxing. It was intended to heal - and Alex is the individual to do it.
