I experimented with Before You Cleanse and was amazed at how effortlessly it removed my makeup (even stubborn smokey eye looks!) while leaving my skin feeling exceptionally clean. The fresh scent is delightful. Following up with the exceptional Daily Cleanser, I found that only a small amount was needed to create a luxurious lather. My skin has never felt as fresh and radiant!

On the day of my appointment the salon was quiet so I had three people looking after me. All very chatty, friendly and welcoming. Very pleased with the results. I had two appointments scheduled for my companion and me to get acrylic nails done for our upcoming holiday. The salon called me at 4 pm to confirm my arrival and emphasized the importance of punctuality as they were fully booked. We arrived at 4:55 pm. All staff members were occupied with other nail sets, and we were not seated until 5:25 pm. Midway through my nail session, the technician abruptly left, stating that another staff member would complete my nails, but they were also occupied. After waiting for 10-15 minutes with no progress, the technician working on my friend's nails had to attend to mine as well, juggling between the two of us. The employees appeared visibly frustrated at having to work beyond closing time at 6 pm, and both my friend and I felt uncomfortable, sensing that we were inconveniencing them despite having appointments and receiving prior approval for the nail designs. We ended up leaving at 7 pm (the appointment was supposed to last an hour), causing me to be late for my birthday dinner. While my nails turned out fine, the polish seemed rushed, and the colours on my friend's nails did not match the reference picture (bright colours instead of pastel). I am disappointed with the service I received at this salon. Despite clearly expressing my preferences and showing a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, my hair turned out completely different. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. The prices are high, and the manager was rude when I tried to address the issue. I was left feeling unsatisfied and had to go elsewhere to fix my hair. I took the young lad I babysit for his inaugural trim. His wild curls were getting out of hand, and not many salons cater to such young curly heads. The stylist was incredibly patient with Apollo, allowing him time to adjust and feel secure. She did a phenomenal job with his curls, showing meticulous attention to detail and taking the time to make it just right. I haven't been this impressed with customer service in a while. I'll definitely be returning! I was searching for a new masseuse so purchased a group on with Alex as I like to test it out first to avoid disappointment. Needless to say at the end I booked my next one - full price straight away. I don't know how such a slight person can possess so much strength but the pressure on those knots nearly left me in tears. Good tears. I always request a lot of pressure but seldom receive it, whereas with Alex I felt the relief that followed the effort and pain she put into them. I anticipate regular sessions with her that will hopefully alleviate all the pains and aches. My massage wasn't intended to be relaxing. It was intended to heal - and Alex is the individual to do it.
