She made me feel at ease and had me giggling at her stories. Thank you. I took the young lad I babysit for his inaugural trim. His wild curls were getting out of hand, and not many salons cater to such young curly heads. The stylist was incredibly patient with Apollo, allowing him time to adjust and feel secure. She did a phenomenal job with his curls, showing meticulous attention to detail and taking the time to make it just right. I haven't been this impressed with customer service in a while. I'll definitely be returning! I am disappointed with the service I received at this salon. Despite clearly expressing my preferences and showing a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, my hair turned out completely different. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. The prices are high, and the manager was rude when I tried to address the issue. I was left feeling unsatisfied and had to go elsewhere to fix my hair.
