I took the young lad I babysit for his inaugural trim. His wild curls were getting out of hand, and not many salons cater to such young curly heads. The stylist was incredibly patient with Apollo, allowing him time to adjust and feel secure. She did a phenomenal job with his curls, showing meticulous attention to detail and taking the time to make it just right. I haven't been this impressed with customer service in a while. I'll definitely be returning! I am disappointed with the service I received at this salon. Despite clearly expressing my preferences and showing a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, my hair turned out completely different. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. The prices are high, and the manager was rude when I tried to address the issue. I was left feeling unsatisfied and had to go elsewhere to fix my hair. I was searching for a new masseuse so purchased a group on with Alex as I like to test it out first to avoid disappointment. Needless to say at the end I booked my next one - full price straight away. I don't know how such a slight person can possess so much strength but the pressure on those knots nearly left me in tears. Good tears. I always request a lot of pressure but seldom receive it, whereas with Alex I felt the relief that followed the effort and pain she put into them. I anticipate regular sessions with her that will hopefully alleviate all the pains and aches. My massage wasn't intended to be relaxing. It was intended to heal - and Alex is the individual to do it.
