Received a standard British manicure. The technician took meticulous care of my cuticles and nails, providing a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the polish started chipping on three nails just 4 hours later, which is quite unusual for salon polish. I suspect this happened because a top coat was not applied. However, when I returned the next morning to explain the situation, they promptly offered to fix my chipped nails at no extra cost. Lately, I've been visiting every fortnight for a trim by Charlie, and I've been truly impressed not only by Charlie's progressing talents as a barber, but also by the relaxed and competent team there, who all appear really great.
