I've visited this place twice and got 3 tattoos. Made quick and easy bookings. Alex and Riley are both very friendly and welcoming. They gave excellent advice on size and placement. Always anxious when money is requested upon my arrival at the establishment. When I inquired about payment before my massage, the Manager was summoned and I was requested to depart. The premises appear dim and neglected. Unable to provide a rating for the massage as I did not receive one... overall, a fortunate escape perhaps. Not in line with my usual experiences. I have received exceptional Thai massages in various parts of the world, usually in very hygienic and well-maintained facilities. Today was my first visit to this salon, and it was an incredible experience. The response to my appointment request was prompt, everything ran on schedule, and I felt genuinely welcomed and at ease throughout. Even during a spray tan, which isn't always the most comfortable, the lady was delightful. The customer service was top-notch, and the salon was stunning.

Outstanding service. I had a skin tag removed effortlessly. I only felt a slight prick from the anaesthetic needle, and the tag vanished in seconds. I cannot praise Laserina enough. I have been a loyal customer at this salon for 2 and a half years now, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Regardless of being heavily pregnant or having a crying infant in tow, I have always been welcomed warmly and provided with outstanding service. The attention to detail and the ability to create intricate designs upon request is truly impressive. The technician's expertise and patience are commendable. I have even convinced my mother to become a patron of this salon as well. My initial visit for treatment was fantastic and I have already scheduled another appointment. Natalie is delightful, with a soothing and amiable demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. She provided excellent guidance and even steered me away from certain treatments I inquired about, as she believed they were unnecessary - not many clinics would do that. The aftercare package provided is delightful and incredibly informative, something I have never experienced elsewhere. I am pleased to have found a place that I will continue to frequent on a permanent basis.
