Bridie is an outstanding beauty technician. She crafted superb brows for me, which were almost non-existent before. Bridie is a genuine perfectionist. Although my brows were a tad stubborn during the treatment, she persisted and I'm thrilled with the outcome. Despite my age, I had reservations about getting my lashes done, but I was blown away by the results. Lisa and her team were so hospitable, and the salon itself is charming and serene. Following a patch test, I had the procedure the next day and I am overjoyed with the outcome. My lashes look natural and have given me a significant confidence boost. I will definitely be returning. A big thank you to Lisa and her fantastic team. Additionally, there is parking conveniently located right behind the salon, making it very accessible!About

I believe I am now on my fourth session of laser removal with Charlie, and I cannot praise her enough. She is not only friendly and well-informed but also creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels like visiting a friend. Have journeyed to Saltash from Looe for the past 4 years specifically to shop in this store, but this will be my final visit!
Previously greeted warmly and even had the employees come out to welcome my dog, who travels in a pram due to poor health, as they knew a purchase would follow. Usually, when I reach the till, they offer him a treat.
Today, I had to abandon my items as a hefty male employee decided to loudly announce in the middle of the shop, in a highly unprofessional manner, that I must leave because dogs are not permitted.
I am left wondering why my patronage is suddenly no longer appreciated?
My dog posed no threat as he was securely in a pram.
Why do these bargain stores, offering only seconds, hire individuals with no concept of customer service?
It's not surprising that the store is often deserted, with staff outnumbering customers.
