This marked my 3rd appointment at this establishment, and it seems that the first 2 occasions were graced by the presence of a meticulous lady. However, this time, despite requesting French acrylics, I found the application lacking finesse - chunky glitter, poorly executed French tips, and a bulky underside marred the experience. I have frequented Waterlillies for treatments on two occasions in recent months, and both experiences have been outstanding. The initial appointment was for a pre-wedding Elemis facial where I received recommendations on the most suitable treatment for my skin and upcoming nuptials. The second appointment was for a full-body massage. Following a previous painful massage encounter elsewhere at the hands of an overly zealous elbow, I was predisposed to be overly critical. However, I was not disappointed; the massage was so exceptional that it ranks in my top 3 experiences over the past 20 years. I adore the serene ambiance of Waterlillies, and the absence of feeling rushed left me with a sense of tranquillity. I was so pleased with the results and she went to great lengths to ensure I was satisfied and it was all how I wanted... which entailed great patience on Emma's part as I was so unsure at my trial and then had a list of demands leading up to the day!
