Please do not be fooled by the hair loss you experience during brushing between fittings, thinking it's just your regular shedding over time. I fell into this trap multiple times, and the hair loss from the mesh system was significant. My hair had never been so thin; it was already fine when I decided to try the integrated mesh system. I then switched to the mesh-less system, but the hair loss continued to be substantial, and I was assured it was completely normal.
One day, I arrived late for my appointment due to severe traffic on the M62. I was 15 minutes behind schedule, and the terms and conditions stated that if you were 20 minutes late, they might not be able to accommodate you. I had driven over an hour to get there, only to be turned away! I even asked if I could wait and be seen at the end of the day. I had already removed my own hair, which would take around 15 minutes, so time-wise, it would have been the same. However, I was bluntly refused with no apology or empathy shown. In that moment, I realized I was just a statistic, and customer service was not their priority.
In any case, since I stopped having these hair extensions sewn in so tightly, my natural hair has flourished and thickened more than ever. So, the mesh or meshless system does damage your natural hair, no doubt about it. The short, spriggy bits should have been my evidence!
Avoid and don't waste your money.
