I phoned in on a whim to inquire if they could provide me with a foot massage, they scheduled me in for the same day an hour later. I was welcomed by a pleasant chap at the reception & then I encountered Sue, she was absolutely fantastic, how charming & gentle she is & her skill in administering my foot massage was genuinely very impressive indeed, my feet have been throbbing so much lately & particularly after taking numerous steps on vacation. Thank you, Sue, my feet feel so much improved. I will return to see you again.

Appalling experience, I needed my nails done urgently for an upcoming meeting. Being in Manchester at the time, Manchester Nails was my only convenient option. If I could turn back time, I would never have set foot in that salon. I inquired about the cost of a simple ombré design for short nails, and was quoted £29. Content with the price, I sat down for the service. However, the nail technician was extremely rough and ended up cutting my skin. When I brought this to her attention and mentioned the bleeding, she callously cleaned the wound with nail polish remover. The husband and wife duo observed my nails, sharing what seemed like Vietnamese conversation and chuckling. A young boy, likely their son, rudely brushed past me, causing the technician to smudge my nails, inadvertently getting nail polish into the cut. An argument ensued between the son and mother, leading to his storming out and slamming the door. Disregarding my preference for short nails, the technician tried to push longer acrylics on me to charge more. Upon refusal, the couple continued to mock and laugh while discussing. As I persisted on short nails, the technician became increasingly rough with my hands. A schoolgirl with a bag and lanyard entered to man the reception. After enduring 30 minutes of agony and what felt like torture, the service was declared complete. At the front desk, I was asked for £39, which was not the agreed price. The technician then claimed the extra charge was for the inconvenience caused. The receptionist chimed in, suggesting I opt for press-on nails if I couldn't afford it. Distraught, I paid the amount and left in tears. The cut on my finger became infected and hypersensitive due to the harsh chemicals used. I first visited Quoz at Q Tattoo for a small cover up back in 2005 and have since returned numerous times over the years and now have full sleeves and a large chest piece.
The tattoos are still as vivid and the lines just as precise as when they were first inked.
Quoz is an outstanding tattoo artist and a top person!

Lauren gave me options for different products and techniques during my trial so that I could work out what I liked and she really listened to me during the whole process to make sure that it was a look that I really wanted. I had so many guests complimenting my makeup on the day and telling me that it was true to me. My bridesmaids all had a slightly different look which really suited their personality and it was so clear Lauren wanted to create a look that we all liked and felt comfortable with. She is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a glowy bridal look without looking or feeling like you have too much makeup on. She was also great at keeping a feeling of calm during the wedding morning.
