As a result, my eyebrow shape was uneven, and it was one of the priciest eyebrow threading sessions I've had. I am disappointed to have to write this review. My experience was subpar, not one I would endorse. Initially drawn in by a laser promotion featuring the latest technology. However, due to the ensuing issues, I have no intention of returning:
1) Securing appointments proved to be overly challenging, with recent bookings necessitating a 2-3 month wait, an unacceptable delay for this specific treatment where consistency is key to laser success.
2) Therapists exhibited a lack of professionalism - being brusque and devoid of empathy. One therapist removed my towel abruptly, revealing my lack of attire underneath in a forceful manner. I felt exposed and uneasy. Their attention to detail during the consultation ensured that they understood exactly what I wanted. The haircut itself was executed with precision and skill and the natural florazzon hair treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and shiny.
