The station boasts all the essential facilities one would expect, and the cleanliness and modern infrastructure, possibly attributed to the Elizabeth Line, were impressive. Outside the station, convenient access to taxis and buses make travelling into London a breeze. The sauna provided a delightful heat, creating a relaxing environment. Initially, the steam room was a bit lukewarm, but it eventually reached the perfect temperature. The main drawback was the lack of effective cooling options, aside from the ice dispenser. The so-called 'monsoon' shower in the spa offered a variety of mist sprays with different temperatures and scents, adding a unique touch to the experience.
While the jacuzzi was a soothing experience, the heavy chlorination was a bit overpowering. The infrared sauna, unfortunately, felt somewhat ineffective. Overall, my visit was pleasant and enjoyable.About
