Upon arriving at Paddington Station, I was immediately struck by its grandeur and size. It is undeniably one of the largest train stations I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The station boasts all the essential facilities one would expect, and the cleanliness and modern infrastructure, possibly attributed to the Elizabeth Line, were impressive. Outside the station, convenient access to taxis and buses make travelling into London a breeze. Additionally, the surrounding area is teeming with shops offering a variety of snacks to enjoy while waiting for your train. 🚉🛍️

I've had two massages here and I couldn't be more disappointed. The venue is decent and clean, but the masseuse I had was simply not up to the task. The massage itself was quite painful and I didn't experience any relief during the entire 60 minutes. To add to that, I'm in more pain now days after the massage than I was before. 1) Securing appointments proved to be overly challenging, with recent bookings necessitating a 2-3 month wait, an unacceptable delay for this specific treatment where consistency is key to laser success.
2) Therapists exhibited a lack of professionalism - being brusque and devoid of empathy. One therapist removed my towel abruptly, revealing my lack of attire underneath in a forceful manner. I felt exposed and uneasy.
