Initial visit and quite let down. They didn’t inform me but the sugarist who assisted me was clearly in training. It lasted over 45 minutes! I have been sugared for years and never had a session exceed 20 minutes. I understand people need training and have gone with trainees before but they never charged full price like they did here. Very disappointed, not at the sugarist who was trying her best but at the company for thinking they can pull this off.About

1) Securing appointments proved to be overly challenging, with recent bookings necessitating a 2-3 month wait, an unacceptable delay for this specific treatment where consistency is key to laser success.
2) Therapists exhibited a lack of professionalism - being brusque and devoid of empathy. One therapist removed my towel abruptly, revealing my lack of attire underneath in a forceful manner. I felt exposed and uneasy.
