Milla is exceptionally friendly, professional and diligent! I visited her for a lash lift and with my unique monolid eyes, achieving an even lift can be quite challenging. She was willing to invest extra time and effort to ensure my lashes were curled just the way I wanted. Additionally, she provided me with a little serum to take home, which was a lovely touch. I wish I could award no stars if possible!! I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment!! I had reserved a voucher for my sibling to receive a facial and massage treatment, but they refused to provide the massage despite it being clearly stated on the voucher! She had scheduled an appointment for 3pm, arrived, and found the shop closed! Upon calling, they instructed her to wait as someone was on their way, leaving my sister standing in the rain. They then told her to seek shelter in a nearby coffee shop! By 3:10, no one had arrived, so she departed. They called her, angrily demanding that she return and insisting that the shop's closure was none of her concern! The shop should have been open and prepared if an appointment had been made! The sauna provided a delightful heat, creating a relaxing environment. Initially, the steam room was a bit lukewarm, but it eventually reached the perfect temperature. The main drawback was the lack of effective cooling options, aside from the ice dispenser. The so-called 'monsoon' shower in the spa offered a variety of mist sprays with different temperatures and scents, adding a unique touch to the experience.
While the jacuzzi was a soothing experience, the heavy chlorination was a bit overpowering. The infrared sauna, unfortunately, felt somewhat ineffective. Overall, my visit was pleasant and enjoyable.About
