I had reserved a voucher for my sibling to receive a facial and massage treatment, but they refused to provide the massage despite it being clearly stated on the voucher! She had scheduled an appointment for 3pm, arrived, and found the shop closed! Upon calling, they instructed her to wait as someone was on their way, leaving my sister standing in the rain. They then told her to seek shelter in a nearby coffee shop! By 3:10, no one had arrived, so she departed. They called her, angrily demanding that she return and insisting that the shop's closure was none of her concern! The shop should have been open and prepared if an appointment had been made! My experience was subpar, not one I would endorse. Initially drawn in by a laser promotion featuring the latest technology. However, due to the ensuing issues, I have no intention of returning:
1) Securing appointments proved to be overly challenging, with recent bookings necessitating a 2-3 month wait, an unacceptable delay for this specific treatment where consistency is key to laser success.
2) Therapists exhibited a lack of professionalism - being brusque and devoid of empathy. One therapist removed my towel abruptly, revealing my lack of attire underneath in a forceful manner. I felt exposed and uneasy.
