It has happened multiple times before, but today's service was just plain arrogant! My GP sent the prescription for my medication, I called twice today with no response, so I went to Boots in Sherburn to ask for my important depression medication. The young lady, a blonde, rudely informed me that they have 48 hours to process it, even though the medicines were in stock.
