From my initial contact to discuss my design to meeting them and booking in with Olivia they were true professionals and extremely friendly. I spent a day session in the incredibly stylish and impeccably clean studio. Olivia's design was exceptional and I am amazed by what she created for me and how she brought it to life. Charlie is such a delightful, amiable, and a welcoming individual, and this is evident as soon as they greet you at the door. They always make me feel so at ease. The treatments I receive are a back massage and facial, and they are both exceptional. Charlie always allocates time for you and your treatments and will gladly explain the products used and recommendations.
