I was advised to visit Jehandra by my hairdresser due to lingering shoulder and back discomfort. I easily made an online booking through the website, and felt a bit apprehensive as I had never experienced a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. This morning, I was greeted by the husband and wife duo. They were so inviting, soothing, and instantly all my concerns dissipated. Sue was truly amazing, her hands worked wonders! My back and shoulder pain has vanished! I feel rejuvenated and taller! Many thanks, I have already suggested Jehandra to my Spouse, Mother, and Sister. I saw a recent 1-star review prior to my visit, and I must say that my experience did not reflect any of those concerns. It's hard to believe such a thing could happen.
I also witnessed an instance where Alex went above and beyond. She received a call from someone about to undergo surgery who was anxious about a piercing. The customer's distress was evident, exacerbated by their attempt to resolve the issue at home. Alex made it a priority, rearranged her schedule, and immediately offered an appointment later in the day.
