Booked a pedicure for two people three weeks ago. Arrived only to be told by the lady that she had accidentally deleted the appointment without informing us it was cancelled. I had taken time off work and spent money on train fare to get to Saltaire, so I ended up losing out financially. She mentioned that this had happened before, with appointments being deleted without customers' knowledge. She did offer a future appointment at half price, but there were limited slots available, and I don't visit Saltaire often.
