I was a tad let down by the cost of a men's haircut, given the quickness of the service and the lack of attention to detail. Spending less than 10 minutes in the chair resulted in stray hairs near my ears and crown that required additional tidying at home, not to mention the uneven sideburns. At £16, it wasn't the best value for money. Extremely let down by the response I received regarding an issue with my Biab nail varnish. They started peeling around the edges after just 4 days, so I had no choice but to peel them off, they were so soft and came off in one piece.
I reached out and was told it could have been due to sun creams, chlorine, or accidentally knocking the nail. I've had Biab done for every holiday and they have always lasted 2 to 3 weeks.
