Ana is absolutely fantastic at her job! I just had my first Hollywood wax after 5 weeks of hair growth following shaving, and I was pleasantly surprised by how painless it was. I didn't feel a thing! Extremely let down by the response I received regarding an issue with my Biab nail varnish. They started peeling around the edges after just 4 days, so I had no choice but to peel them off, they were so soft and came off in one piece.
I reached out and was told it could have been due to sun creams, chlorine, or accidentally knocking the nail. I've had Biab done for every holiday and they have always lasted 2 to 3 weeks.

Charming store, spotted the hand sanitiser promoted on social platforms and found it to be quite handy to have. Since we were in Shrewsbury, I decided to give it a try. Never experienced Neals Yard before. The individuals in the store were delightful and accommodating.
