Extremely disappointed. I spent an hour and a half in the chair. I requested a trim of 1 1/2 to 2 inches off my long hair. However, I left with a bob cut well above my shoulders. It's unmanageable and completely different from what I had asked for. I am very upset with the entire experience and will not be returning. The lack of customer satisfaction was disheartening, as there was no offer of a refund or resolution.

I would never choose another place for my nails! Sam & his wife are always friendly, Sam is always prompt when I contact him for an appointment, if I can’t make a certain time he always ensures I get my appointment. I have always had gel on my own natural nails before & when one chipped (my mistake) he fixed it on the same day! Currently had BIAB infills, after 5 weeks of growth they still looked fantastic 🤩 had them redone yesterday & I’ve received so many compliments on how lovely they are. BIAB was done after S suggested it would help to strengthen my natural nails & they are now in the best condition. I highly recommend C&K & the 1 star review that was left should be disregarded.
