Regrettably, it was the most dreadful experience I've ever had when it came to grooming my eyebrows. Upon requesting threading, I was persuaded to opt for waxing as well, citing excessive growth (despite always having them threaded even during times of increased growth). However, the additional cost of waxing was not disclosed. Furthermore, an excessive amount of hair was removed, completely disregarding my natural eyebrow shape, necessitating corrective measures. During the threading, she even took a personal call, indicating a lack of professionalism. Lastly, what compelled me to write this review was the fact that she caused burns on my skin with hot wax in two areas. I will never return to this establishment and will not recommend it to others. OH MY GOODNESS! I had my makeup done for a wedding and it was beyond amazing! The makeup was absolutely stunning, the foundation and contouring were flawless, and the eye makeup was perfection. I received numerous compliments at the wedding about how fantastic my makeup looked. Discovering Mystic Beauty was a true gem, despite usually going to other makeup artists in Manchester. The service at Mystic surpassed my expectations 10/10. Sahera was exceptional. She truly grasped my desires - minimal foundation and glamorous eyes.
