An outstanding experience! Took my dad here for a deluxe facial as part of his birthday treat and he absolutely adored it! On arrival we were warmly greeted by Alex and felt incredibly welcomed. Worst beauty salon experience ever. The salon was deserted, the employees were unwelcoming, speaking in their own tongue, and my nail technician was constantly on her phone while working on my nails. To top it off, they sprang the cash-only payment rule on me after my treatment - luckily I had cash on hand. I felt incredibly uncomfortable throughout the whole ordeal. It's no surprise the salon was empty. The French tip acrylic nails they did for me were sloppy. I had to go to another salon, American Nails, a week later to fix their shoddy work.
