I visited for a haircut and Mariya did an exceptional job. Right from the beginning, Mariya made me feel at ease. This was my first visit to this salon, and I must say I was so relaxed that I almost drifted off, knowing that I was in good hands. I have been to high-end salons in shopping centres before, where I have felt uneasy with the rough way my hair was washed or brushed, leaving me anxious throughout. Unlike those experiences, as I mentioned, I almost fell asleep with Mariya's gentle touch on my hair. Cannot praise this hair salon enough! My partner has been getting his hair styled there for a few months now, and is extremely satisfied, so my cousin and I brought our sons for a pre-school term haircut. My 4-year-old nephew was petrified of the clippers after a negative experience at another nearby barber shop, and we've been unable to trim his hair since. The staff were incredibly empathetic and reassured him, engaging in conversation throughout the haircut and allowing him to inspect the clippers before use. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience and giggled as the clippers "ticked" him! The fear has completely dissipated, and he is eagerly anticipating his next appointment.
