I had booked my bridal manicure and SPA pedicure here and I could not have been more disappointed. The individual working on my hands did not even bother to push back my cuticles, stating that they looked fine. I was not consulted on whether I wanted to maintain the length or what nail shape I preferred - she simply began filing them until I expressed my preferences. The choice of neutral colour was quite disappointing - they only had three neutral shades, and the one I selected was towards the end and very streaky. It required three layers and ended up being quite thick. No one inspected my nails for gel bleed - four of them had it, and it had to be rectified later when I brought it to their attention.
