A truly delightful experience. The salon is bright and spacious. Opted for a 'CND Shellac' manicure, which looks absolutely stunning. It's a shame this hidden treasure isn't more widely recognised. Laura is absolutely fantastic! She recently did my wedding makeup and she was truly incredible. From the moment she arrived, she made me feel completely at ease, and my makeup was flawless, exactly as I had envisioned. I've visited her again for classic lashes and eyebrow lamination, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I've had lashes done at other salons before, but Laura's are unmatched! She excels at her craft, and I wholeheartedly recommend her. This salon is my sanctuary for hair styling. The employees here exude warmth and always treat me with the utmost care and respect. Every visit leaves me with a fantastic haircut and colour at a reasonable price. The salon has a grounded approach, cherishing its loyal clientele while extending a warm welcome to newcomers. As a non-binary individual with autism, I was apprehensive about professional hair services, resorting to self-trimming for years. However, at the urging of my partner, I gave this salon a chance, and I am immensely grateful I did. I came for toe nails.
The atmosphere is bustling, indicating high demand.
Even though it was a walk-in, the wait was short.
Males are performing pedicures. My pedicure, including a spa treatment, was completed in just over an hour. Very impressive. However, their skill level seems lacking. A child could have painted my nails better. The result is unimpressive, amateurish work.
I am awarding two stars solely for their effort in meeting customer expectations. They even helped me put my socks back on after the pedicure. I will not be returning. Apologies, but the male staff require more training. Absolutely flawless service, this individual made me feel completely at ease. As I was preparing for my wedding and needed some work done, I was a bit hesitant to undergo these procedures at 63. I sought someone I could trust and who could help me create a beautifully natural eyebrow. Additionally, I had a bothersome wart behind my knee that Helen skillfully took care of.
