The therapy session itself was excellent - Olivia diligently worked to alleviate the numerous knots in my problematic shoulder, frequently checking in to ensure my comfort. The entire experience left me feeling remarkably better. Olivia maintained a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor throughout. Even after a few days, my shoulder feels substantially improved.
