I have just finished my reflexology training at level 3 with Alex and now feel equipped to progress in my career. The training was incredibly beneficial, and Alex guides you through each stage, providing valuable tips and instilling confidence. They arranged for me to work with clients, followed by subsequent appointments, allowing me to witness the positive changes and benefits the massage brings to their overall well-being. Feedback like "I slept like a baby last night" and "I haven't had a full night's sleep in ages" was heartening.
The course was well-structured and smoothly paced. I was amazed at how quickly time flew by. We worked in a serene and relaxed setting, and Alex was always accommodating. The therapy session itself was excellent - Olivia diligently worked to alleviate the numerous knots in my problematic shoulder, frequently checking in to ensure my comfort. The entire experience left me feeling remarkably better. Olivia maintained a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor throughout.
