Outstanding service. Both team members were friendly and engaging with impeccable manners. The attention to detail Natalie provided during my hair appointment was exceptional. I never felt rushed; it was evident they were dedicated to achieving the perfect look for me. Previously a brunette with faded blonde ends and naturally dry hair, I was concerned about damage from highlights. However, my hair is now glossy, all split ends are gone, and I achieved the ideal blonde shade I desired! Highly recommend this salon. Despite relocating to Cumbria, I would return in a heartbeat. Clueless team dropped by around midday to be informed the chemist was shut and uncertain if it opens at 1pm or 1.30! Inquired if a product is stocked in the chemist as checked online and indicated as available at Boots but couldn't confirm if they had it and advised to call back at 1.30. Went to another chemist store across the street, purchased the mentioned item, task completed in 5 minutes! I had a hydrofacial today and I highly recommend it! 🥳 It takes a few days for the final effect of the treatment to show, but I remember the experience itself very fondly and pleasantly. My skin looks much better immediately after leaving the salon 😊. Aleks is extremely professional; she conducts a detailed interview before the treatment, explains everything thoroughly, and provides advice on daily skin care. I've frequented this salon for a year. The team are top-notch. Incredibly attentive, accommodating, super friendly and exceptionally professional. I'd give them a 5-star rating ++++++ I've relocated from Bath, actually over 3 hours away, and wouldn't even think of going elsewhere. My monthly journey back to Bath is absolutely worth it for the outstanding service they deliver. Alina is incredibly helpful and caring, as is Tajana who styles my hair. Natalia, the salon owner, is highly professional and leads an exceptional team. This is by far the best salon I've ever visited. Overall, the service is unparalleled.
