I've visited this salon twice for a hair colouring, and both times have been disappointing. The results were so bad that I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. When the bleach wasn't left on for the usual duration and the entire process only took 1.5 to 2 hours for my long, thick hair, I should have been wary. Paying £160 to walk around feeling self-conscious with visible lines where the colour starts and stops is unacceptable. The stylist's struggles during the process were not encountered by a less experienced stylist I had at uni.
