Our autistic son was treated to a facial, his skin troubles needed a tailored skincare routine. Who has the time to navigate through stores and be pressured into buying products we don't need? Certainly not us!
Maxine went above and beyond to ensure our son felt at ease, taking care not to trigger any sensory issues. She was perceptive and the Temple Spa products were gentle. The room was delightful, complete with an inviting open fire, creating a serene atmosphere.
We will definitely be returning for regular treatments.

Had my lashes done 8 days ago and was reasonably satisfied with them. However, I requested and paid for hybrids, and after 3 hours of lying on the bed, my lashes still appeared quite sparse, not even halfway complete, and bore no resemblance to the images on their website. Despite following the technician's instructions to refrain from getting them wet for 24 hours, avoid contact with products, and regularly brush and wash them - almost all the lashes have fallen out in just 8 days post-application. I spent £40 on these and feel utterly swindled. These lashes were intended for Christmas, and now on Christmas day, I've had to resort to cluster lashes as it seems like I have no extensions on at all.
