Had my lashes done 8 days ago and was reasonably satisfied with them. However, I requested and paid for hybrids, and after 3 hours of lying on the bed, my lashes still appeared quite sparse, not even halfway complete, and bore no resemblance to the images on their website. Despite following the technician's instructions to refrain from getting them wet for 24 hours, avoid contact with products, and regularly brush and wash them - almost all the lashes have fallen out in just 8 days post-application. I spent £40 on these and feel utterly swindled. These lashes were intended for Christmas, and now on Christmas day, I've had to resort to cluster lashes as it seems like I have no extensions on at all.
