I've been a patron for the last 36 months and on every occasion, they have been exceptional. Incredibly courteous and friendly, their nail designs are superb. Securing an appointment has never been an issue, even when I walk in on the day they manage to squeeze me in. Hygiene, expertise, and top-notch service.

I've been a loyal patron here since they opened earlier this year, visiting at least once a month. The gentleman is always friendly, and the lady usually is too, but not today. She was unfriendly and unaccommodating, quite rude to me and my friend. She didn't speak to me, just tapped on the desk for attention. While filing the acrylics, she accidentally filed my skin on three separate fingers, causing them to be extremely sore. She was aware of this, as I pulled my hand back, but she 'acted' oblivious. Additionally, I wasn't offered any cuticle oil or cream, which she always did religiously over the past year. I assume this is because she knew it would cause me discomfort!
