Arrived at Lux Studio on a Thursday morning without an appointment after being turned away by two other establishments nearby. The staff, all gentlemen, were welcoming and accommodating. I requested a color correction for my brassy balayage from a previous salon visit in the city, as well as a trim and blow dry. They were able to fit me in at 11am without any issues. The new color is exactly what I wanted, and my hair feels much healthier after following their treatment recommendation. This is by far the best color I've had in years. Poor communication as workers leave clients mid-service without explanation, causing frustration. Witnessing many dissatisfied clients today is disheartening. Moreover, staff conversing in their language about customers, evident through their actions, is unprofessional and chaotic.
