I have visited this spa a few times, and unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the experience has declined. I recently visited for my birthday, and the spa was disappointingly cold. Despite the spa having just opened, it should have reached the standard temperature within a couple of hours. In the past, they usually offered fruit and tea, but this was missing during my recent visits. Additionally, one staff member was quite rude to me, which detracted from the relaxation aspect. Appalling manicure experience. The cuticle work was subpar, with visible bubbles and dots in the first coat that were dismissed by the staff, claiming they wouldn't be noticeable - they definitely are. The gel application was extremely uneven, with missing spots and wavy finish on all nails, despite them being straight. I've never witnessed such poor gel application.
