Arrived at Lux Studio on a Thursday morning without an appointment after being turned away by two other establishments nearby. The staff, all gentlemen, were welcoming and accommodating. I requested a color correction for my brassy balayage from a previous salon visit in the city, as well as a trim and blow dry. They were able to fit me in at 11am without any issues. The new color is exactly what I wanted, and my hair feels much healthier after following their treatment recommendation. This is by far the best color I've had in years. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning, with a pre-booked appointment next time.About

I have visited this spa a few times, and unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the experience has declined. I recently visited for my birthday, and the spa was disappointingly cold. Despite the spa having just opened, it should have reached the standard temperature within a couple of hours. In the past, they usually offered fruit and tea, but this was missing during my recent visits. Additionally, one staff member was quite rude to me, which detracted from the relaxation aspect.
